Expresso Martini
STRONG & SWEET
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Zunte Mezcal
- 1 Shot Espresso
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Kahlua or Baileys
- 1 tbspoon Chocolate Syrup
- Garnish: Cocoa Powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Make a shot of espresso and let it cool.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Zunte, chocolate liqueur, Kahlua, and chocolate syrup. Shake well.
- Add your cooled coffee to the cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly.
- Pour your cocktail without the ice into the glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
