Lime Splash

Subtle yet tasty

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of ZUNTE Mezcal 
  • ½ ounce of Natural Syrup 
  • Mineral Water
  • ½ ounce of Lime Juice 
  • Pink Pepper 
  • coarsely ground Sea Salt
  • Garnish with Arugula baby Leaves 

Instructions:

  1. Muddle Arugula Leaves, a dash of Pink Pepper and Salt into a shaker.  
  2. Add ZUNTE Mezcal, Natural Syrup and Lime Juice and mix well.
  3. Strain mix into a glass rimmed with salt.
  4. Top off with Mineral Water and garnish with Arugula Leaves.
